NPC Identification Chart / with Mugshots

There are some NPCs that I'm not sure of, so if anyone knows the identity of the NPCs shown below, please reply.
( If any of the comments made by the NPCs below make you laugh, let us know. lol ):p

NPC 1 is Hoissy
NPC 3 is Lisa (version 3)
NPC 2 (or 4) is Steve
NPC 5 is Curt (the one "big boned" enough to have a somewhat female walk)
NPC 6 is Antwon (version 3)
NPC 7-8-9 no idea, didn't care enough to look at them ingame. ;)

I've been running into ( and over, lol ) those NPCs since April of 2012 and I never did get their names.( although they have been calling me bad names all the time ):(
At least now I could say that the NPCs and I are on a first name basis.:plol

BTW, did any of the above NPCs get a chuckle out of you ?
 
Does anyone know the names of NPC 6 7 8 ?

I Never noticed how beautiful the pedestrians looks like...some custom skins....replacing them for your homies, and you get some cool new characters!!
