    Missing sounds from vehicles and other things

    Its been 8 years but whatever, if you have an Nvidia gpu you need to cap the framerate. Its an issue in 3/3R-4-GOOH. If you open your Nvidia control panel (you should be able to just right click on your desktop to see it pop up) you'll be able to navigate to "3d Settings" > "Manage 3d Settings"...
