I'm working on a loading screen & main menu replacement mod. Unfortunately, it appears I am limited to 720P screenshots. Here is my progress so far. I will update this thread as I progress until the project is complete.

I never realized that Volition actually animated the way that Sunshine and the General's face warp during this cutscene. IMO they should have done this for every single cutscene they're in. I feel like this screenshot really makes the General a much more interesting character.

Making progress! I had to figure out how to convert to ".bik" but once that was done I could put together this test. Now I need to find out how to "colorize" the video so it's the same color as my loading screens.

LFG! I was messin with my files and remembered I had the thought to switch my main menu to a purple with different city views from the stock one in game but I INSTANTLY thought of your loading screen mod you are workin on. had a feelin you'd be able to bring my idea to life lmfao. deadass it looks gas already between the main menu n loading screen mod this shi is gonna be generational for me personally always love the little things makes the game all the more special and definitive imo. keep the shi up my boy cant wait to see more progress n hopefully the eventual final product.

Thanks for all the love, here's a lil' video of what I was able to come up with so far tonight. Going to mess with DaVinci Resolve tomorrow to see what I can do in regards to changing the color.

NAHHHH SHI n lowkey upon release if you wanted to you could release the base you have now as a alt for the ppl that likes their sr2 to look and feel like sr1, you might've inadvertently killed two birds with one stone LMFAO.

It looks great in full colour imo, with the transition into sunset.
I wish my game looked as good as yours!
