My older brother and I are trying to get the "Crew of Two" Steam achievement (well actually he unlocked it last night but it suddenly "re-locked" shortly after). However, we're running into the constant issue of him crashing out of the game when I'm hosting. If I'm not mistaken, the two "Guardian Angel" missions (Pierce and Kinzie) count as activities as well. Here's basically what I've discovered:
1. If I host a game with a new character and no DLC while my brother has a maxxed out character with all the DLC, it crashes him out of the game.
2. If he hosts a game with a new character with all the DLC while I have a maxxed out character with no DLC, I was able to get through it fine without either of us crashing.
Yes, I don't have any DLC installed (I'll get around to it if I can at least try to get this achievement) while my brother has all the DLC (except maybe the Horror Pack since it's still not on Steam). I'm just wondering if there's any solutions/workarounds for this. Also, I originally thought that it might be because I have some of the character mods from here loaded (like the "Shiny Clothes" and added hair options mod) but I uninstalled those mods and he still crashes out every time I host.
