Character Customization Decker mesh

I’m hoping someone can tell me how to actually wear NPC mesh/outfit, Now I’ve literally been at this this since 2022 I just need closure at this point because I’m at my wits end trying to do it. Information on how others have achieved this will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Use "Gibbed Tools" to unpack npc clothing and to unpack clothing to replace, rename NPC clothing to the character clothing repack and use ASM updater tool to update. There's many bugs like floating heads and clothing to small or to big
