Can we get a mod that changes Kenzie's SR3 (Classic) appearance with her SR4 one so she has freckles and overall looks better? Thanks in advance!

Just to be clear -- you want to replace Kinzie's face texture from SRTT with her face texture from SRIV?
Yes that is correct. I would do it myself but I have no modding experience.
Well, the two models are using the same UV layouts. But they're also using different shaders which I don't think SRTT supports, and that significantly impacts how they looks in game. More over, the full-size textures for SRIV's 'classic' Kinzie head are actually half the size of SRTT's Kinzie head textures (the small ones are the same size). So I'm not sure how much of what you want is actually possible.
Or were you looking for a different version of kinzie from SRIV? There's five(ish) versions of her in the game. Presidential Kinzie. Space suit Kinzie. "Classic" SR3 Kinzie (of which there are two versions for some reason). 50s Kinzie. Loyalty 'Kink'zie. The face textures for the different versions aren't the same. Heck, they appear to be in three different aspect ratios (square, portrait, and landscape). It's kind of strange, actually.
I'll dig around some more, but I wouldn't hold my breath for a positive outcome. This might be beyond my meager skills.

Is the "classic" one from SRIV wearing the FBI hoodie? if so I want that one if possible

1= Place everything in your main SR3 folder (where your game launcher is)
2= Open the ASM Updater folder and "Update_ASM_Files - after ADDITION or CHANGE of a mod file"
To Remove MOD
1= Open the ASM updater folder and "Update_ASM_Files - after REMOVAL of a mod file"
2= Delete the files you added

I encountered a issue where loading into the game it will just crash to the desktop instantly after installing the mod and updating the files with the ASM updater. Is there any way to bypass this issue?
It might be conflicting with another mod? What mods are you using? When you used the ASM updater did it show Kinzies files, like this:

I'm using: Sandbox +, super ui, sr4 hairstyles for sr3, Zmenu, original gang colors. I think that's all of them but I can go check
