Open City: Hidden Interior Warps

OpenCity_Banner.png

Stilwater already has so much to discover, but what if you've seen it all?

Introducing "Open City: Hidden Interior Warps"!
This mod adds Teleporters dotted around the map to make previously inaccessible areas accessible in free-roam!

Teleporters have been added in an organic way, meaning it's up to you to discover these locations on your own!
Just look for the Blue Light-Cones.

A total of 46 teleporter sequences are ready to be discovered around Stilwater!

NOTES:
- Teleporters in the Phillips Building in GotR have been removed.
- There are no "magical" Teleporters to separate islands, etc. Teleporters have been placed logically.
- In order to make room in memory, Store Ownership has been disabled. You will not be able to purchase Stores while this mod is installed.
- Optional "sr2_city.lua" files are available which will allow you to fully explore all floors of Stilwater Memorial Hospital! (Will cause issues with the two cutscenes which take place there. Also permanently loads the Cargo Ship. GotR version only.)
- This mod is incompatible with Restored Train Stations.

Haha great, I did this exact same thing for 360 when I first started all those years ago. Brings me back to simpler times. I had warps all around for interiors then migrated to a sandbox ++ take with key combos to go to hidden interiors as a side note if you needed coordinates you could of asked btw instead of spending a few hours alone grabbing coordinates. I mapped them all out years ago doing it the very long and hard way

I'm glad I could provide a little throwback! Much like Restored Train Stations, Open City is intended as more of a novelty than a tool to help with modding.

Coordinates aren't so bad to get anymore. Juiced Patch's "F5" key isn't very accurate tbh, but other features make using SuperUI's "Triangulate" mission much easier. (Orientation coordinates can still be a pain though.)

Well shit, you actually did it. I'm glad this now exists, even if I've kinda moved on.

As a side note, did you manage to make the interior of the Memorial Hospital accessible? Just curious.
