Also I got many questions, how do you edit the npc models? Like change up their clothing colors? Because I can't seem to extract the cvtf files, to be xtbl so I can edit them
You don't need to do that. All the .xtbl files are already readily available (extract common.vpp_pc). You edit the colour names in the .xtbl (names must match character_color_pool.xtbl), then feed it into the NPC Cruncher, which generates a .cvtf based on the .xtbl.
Also, how did you add the fleur de lis to the Ronin jackets? Was it part of another mod of yours?
Textures are located in .peg_pc and .g_peg_pc files. They can be extracted using Masamaru's sr2PegTool. Then the .png can be edited using an image editor (I use GiMP). Once the .png is edited, repack it into the extracted .peg_pc and .g_peg_pc file using sr2PegTool.

The Fleur De Lis design is taken from the Logo texture which can be used on Clothing Items in-game, then edited into the Ronin Gang Style's textures.

I should note that while using the Ronin Gang Style, the Fleur De Lis symbol will also apply to Ronin NPC Jackets.
