Have you tried flying in advanced mode? The camera is freed and you can aim the cannon again on the VTOLs.

Might be a little iffy, with there being a DLC that lets you play as Genki.

No I've just upgraded the police pistol to max, and holy wow is it ridiculous! One shotting people with no armour. Only a couple of shots for all S.T.A.G. guys. Might have to wait and see until I upgrade the shotgun and rifle, but I don't know if I'll really need to.

I've noticed, like some others, that the rifle and shotgun feel kinda underpowered this time around compared to the pistol and SMG. However the values I've found are similar damagewise. I'm not sure why they seem to feel so much weaker... has anyone played with weapon damage yet?

What was it you meant by optional non-flagging cheats?
