Or just rename logo_volition_hd and logo_thq_hd to something else, the gamespy logo is unskippable though (maybe it's there in the preload file?)

The Male Voice 2 is still there, at least in 3 it was there. edit. yeah, still there in 4. It's my second favorite voice.

I really liked SR2 british accent, with Mr Sheffield SR3 and 4 british voice is just painful to hear.

Sr3 is just boring in comparison, with some mods it's better but far from SR2. At least for me, I spend hours just driving in Stilwater listening to the ingame radio. In Sr3 I can't do that. The only problem with Sr2 is that stuttering while you're driving at high speed.

Isn't that only for a more variety ?

I think that it's all hardcoded in the exe.

I don't think that this ever happened to me before, I was having some crash at the startup so I download IdolNinja's settings.dat... but now I can see through cars and buildings.

ON win8 it's not that bad, coming from win7 I can play it (with hdr off) even on my laptop. On win7 I couldn't without major framedrops.

At the current state you can't play SR3 with Windows 8.1 beta. Just to let you guys know. That's funny, I've fixed SR2 and Fable 1 with it but I can't get more newer games because of the dx11.2.- It works now, Sweetfx + Directx was the cause of the problem. Not Sr3.
