    If you used Gentleman of Steelport, it is possible to complete those with the add gang notoriety cheat.

    Yes, I do need both of them. The 670 is the primary card and the 660 is the physx card that also runs the second monitor.

    My other machine that does TV duty currently has a GTX 650Ti in it, I let the 670 and 660 handle the gaming.

    With Nvidia, if the name starts with GT and then the number, it will be a fairly low end card. You will want the GTX versions as they are more geared for gaming.

    Weapon Upgrade fix

    I think they are saying that the upgrades that were purchased are not sticking once they restart the game. Most likely they have an outdated weapons.xtbl file from a mod and need to update it.
