Do you have Steam or GOG version of the game? Have you installed any other mods? If so, could you list them please? You also might try lowering some settings in the launcher or applying that No New Textures Project patch if you have a weak PC. If you mean character creation menu upon completing...

Nah, not really. Cheats aren't accessible via scripts, we can't do anything beyond adding/replacing them, unfortunately.

I'm so sorry to say that but... I'm suspending works on EAM - Workshop Edition until April. I've just started working on something huge and I'll need a lot of time to get it done, Expanded Arsenal Mod will have to wait.
