    I don't know its its the same but the very first xbox didn't have any disc stabilizers, so if it was tilted while reading a disc it would shred the disc.

    I also see that you have the executive privilege pack DLC. I don't know how but that might be messing up your game. If you have bought the game on Steam then try to uninstall the DLC.

    Check if you don't have the "Disable super powers" cheat activated.

    When i enter to my garage game is crashed

    You need to find a way to delete vehicles from your garage without entering it. I have this problem to. Also this should be happening with phone vehicle delivery.
