Don't know if I put this in the right area but steam has a new feature in the steam beta that allows you to disable and enable dlc on any game even that awful hated unlockable dlc on sr3. I tried this feature just a couple mins and it works great any dlc I disable it doesn't unlock on the game...

It would be epic if you could mod sr games like sky rim then everyone would love the sr series even more but I don't see that dream in any world ever happening just a dream that everyone wishes for sadly :( Maybe the sdk might have it but I don't foresee it having it .

I want that sweet fx can you upload it as a thing for to just extract it in the install folder I love sweet fxs and that one looks incredible.

Actually I seen mods where the homies wear the white house outfits and sr3 outfits and they work in the cut scenes really well so if mods that change the clothes of homies can effect the cut scenes it may be possible I don't know much about modding so I wouldn't know if u could make your own...

Trying lowering your resolution down the lowest and settings and then try because that what worked with me when I was having that problem Sr4 and Sr3 are not low end pc friendly at certain parts of the games.

I am happy for Idol Ninja now that he is working for volition we might actually get more news on that sdk and probably if sr5 happens with him around he will probably make it awesome.
