Iirc you can't change TODs during prologue but the "forced TOD" should work fine. Make sure to save the changes If it's still a problem, complete a few missions

You need to add a new function function tod_startup() mission_override_push_temp(" .todx") end and add the file name of a TOD you want to be loaded in before .todx. It also works with custom TODs like this: https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/admixons-new-tods.17847/

You can set a custom TOD that will load after loading any save in sr3_city.lua file (the one sandbox+ uses)
