SR2 integrated texture tool is for texture creators.
So, this tool is not necessary if do you not create a texture on your own.
Rather than copy the contents of the sr2_hq_texture_pack0.99b folder, please copy the files in the sr2_hq_texture_pack folder.
In version 0.99b, there're 339 files...
I want to be able to play the movie of each activity on cribs' television, but it does not know the way to even look at the television.lua.

It works without any problems in my environment.
I guess there're some syntax error in edited CAR_2DR_EXOTICSPORTS01.xtbl file.
(or there is a possibility that two .xtbl file is corrupted for some reason.)
Please try to confirm whether can be converted by the original file that has not been edited.
Did you place the CAR_2DR_EXOTICSPORTS01.xtbl and car_2dr_exoticsports01_cust.xtbl in the same directory?
These two files are stored in the common.vpp_pc file.
This tool draws on the map the position information described in the cts file.
For example, in cds_sr2_city.cts it contains the position which is located CD.
Position of the tag has been stored in the tagging_spots.cts as well.

Open spawn_info_ranks.xtbl with text editor and search "saints".
