Volition is still in control of Saints Row, not Gearbox. The marketing, yeah, that might not go over well but still...

So…uh… Volition now belongs to Gearbox rather than Deep Silver. Don’t think anything bad will happen with regard to the franchise (as THQ, the original owner of Volition went bankrupt few years back and nothing happened then.) Well, that’s a thing now.
