Tried that. It appears to be corrupting repackaged SR4 .DDS files upon extraction. I've confirmed this with both Windows 7 and Windows 8 on two separate machines. I tried to even convert the .DDS and it's clearly been corrupted. Perhaps the files can only be re-extracted on the system they...

It appears that textures that have been repacked can't be unpacked again? So, Original > Unpack >Edit> Repack> Can't be unpacked without Photoshop error.

Are you using Windows 8.1 by any chance? I am having the same exact issue.

There shouldn't be a problem. As far as I can tell. The auto industry hasn't made a big to-do about going after modders. Moreover, technically modifying a game/software does fall under First Amendment rights. Assuming you aren't doing so to circumvent copy protections (DMCA) or for profit...

I'd (try to) do it... If I still had access to 3DS Max. Modding in cars after real life counterparts, but doing so in the exaggerated art style of Saints Row would be great. Same for weapons.

The Steelport Hero/Heroine clothes have been combined in to an outfit (which you can't change colors of without IdolNinja's mod). As have some of the "soldier" stuff. Also, if you download a SR3 character that has them on, the character will end up naked.

What happened to all the clothes that used to be in Let's Pretend? Like the separate Steelport hero/heroine costumes.

+1 A 7770 runs Saints Row 3 pretty well, with the occasional dip in to the high 20s (fps), at second to highest presets, but, still very playable. It's a decent budget card that should run SR4 fine. You could also grab a 7790. However, if you can afford to, bump up to atleast a GTX660 or 7850...

The license changed hands. Kind of like how if you want to make a racing game with Porsche in it, you need to license it from EA. Since EA owns the exclusive licensing rights for Porsche products in video games; even though Porsche is obviously their own brand.
