Added new files to "Difficulty Rebalance":
- heli_br/tp: Ever thought Heli Assault was too easy, or sometimes boring even? This should fix it! The health of your homie's car has been halved and time between enemy spawns has been reduced.
This is a bit old but, but that's because the game/engine actually has a top speed limit in place independent of the vehicle files. You have to use Zolika's menu to remove it. Doing so lets vehicle go way faster even with vanilla files, it might even ignore the top speed limit in the vehicles...
Another one:
Renamed "Disable Regeneration & Revives" to "Difficulty Rebalance" and added a new file related to drugs & food.
Added "Funky Row" and "BH Fightstyle Fix".

Added "Centered Fine Aim", built off of Spadita's Classic Camera mod, title self explanatory...

The "Disable Regeneration & Revives" folder now also includes a modified difficulties file that reduces the damage you take on Hardcore difficulty (especially from vehicles) and makes lower difficulties harder.
Also included a file that restores Gat's original homie vehicle he shows...
Either play on lower difficulty levels or extract the common.vpp_pc package and modify the <Player_Ram_Delay> values for each difficulty.
Hard difficulty has a 5 second delay between rams, Normal has a minute and Easy has 4 minutes.
After 4 years on the East Coast, it was time go to home.
Couldn't be bothered waiting for the patch anymore so I reinstalled the game again and started modding it again. I added some extra mods in there and split them up into their own folders. Only old one that was changed is the Weapons one...
For anyone else getting the above error, the filepath to the files cannot have any spaces in it, for example:
E:\SR2 Cruncher does not work and it tells you it's looking for them at E:\SR2
But
E:\SR2Cruncher
Will give you a new file without any problems
Hitmarkers will no longer show up when enemies are shot.
Install: Drag and drop the hud.str2_pc file into the root of your game folder then run the ASM Updater

You're the one that's confused. I'm not using/talking about Ultor Rising, I'm just saying that the standalone drugs mod seems to have leftover files from Ultor Rising.
