Asm updater can't update(add) files that not exist in asm file by default. That mean, you need convert asm file in xml, add new files info, and pack edited xml to asm and after this asm can be updated with new files.

Saints Row 3 without damaging DLC content can work only with 9-10 cars.
So you need to choose what cars you want to use.

1) Variant names contained inside xtbl files with names of car. But game read compiled versions of files that placed inside str2 archives with cars models itself.
2) Gang car can be only as Saints variant(or you got crash)
3) That dlc cars don't have Saints variant by default
Vehicle files between sr3,sr4,gooh are different. So you just don't can pack ccar/gcar file in sr3 srt2 archive because game just don't can read that file. Game don't have instructions for reading file format from sr4 in sr3 or sr3 in sr4.
such textures are written in a specific method. they only have an alpha channel and a monochrome recording of color (black, gray, white). textures with dx compression are clearly not suitable here.
