Nope, but you can pretty much get the mornignstar outfit immedately after the plane mission

These were the steps I followed. Your gonna need ninja ripper and blender though. When your ripping from the game try to do it in the plane level of saints row so the file is smaller. Once you rip from the game your gonna be given a lot of mesh files. Just import around the first 500 mesh files...
