Hmm oddly enough it doesn't.. I wonder if it's due to an incompatible mod I have. There isn't any setting I have to enable right? Or switch the TOD correct?

Thanks for the reply. Thing is I tried that already. Played for an hour. No rain at all. Maybe I'm doing something wrong lol. All I've done is place the weather file in my root folder for saints row IV. And replaced the animation file with yours in the other folder. But nothing seems to occur at...

Is there any way to force the rain to start? I have yet to see any of it so far sadly xP
