The weapons.xtbl needs to be updated to post-patch that broke the weapons.

It works for me :/ Open the tweak table up in notepad or notepad** and search for the line <Name>Player_mech_suit_time</Name> In the <Value></Value> tags underneath that, change the number to 99999999999999999999

If you just use the tweak_table then you get the timer and jetpack upgrades without the weapons being affected
