Not sure if it has been made or request. But is it possible to spawn more npc and vehicles to make look like an actually a city ?

It it possible to make just the weapons(vehicle weapons included) and perks in a pack. I don't want the big temp weapons, or the "other stuff" like big planes..etc? p.s the swarmatron is missing from the mission "tour de france" with this mod on?

I just want to now which part to disable to make the bigger cars stop crashing my cars because i haven't added the heavy truck mod and yet my cars are getting crush especially on escort missions so wth

My brother is getting this problem all his settings are on low(has also tested them on other settings just to get past this mission,no luck) Plz help
