Just did a quick test - losing connection to the internet/Steam will cause the Invite Friend option to disappear while the others remain. And that's without Sandbox+ installed at all. Likely Steam went down temporarily while Shadowbreak was checking.

Likely due to the fact that Murderbots don't innately have a weapon attached to their model - it's wielded by them as any character wields it. The model you're using is the one they hold, whereas the one the player normally uses has been forcefully taken from a Murderbot :)
