probably won't get a response but when extracting "radio_klassic_media.bnk.pc" file it gives me a ton of .bin files and .dmav files is there any way to edit the .dmav files?

Installation:
To install it simply move the weapons.xtbl from this mod into "Gentlemen Of The Row" > "optional_mod_stuff" > "1-MODDERS_-_PUT_YOUR_OWN_PERSONAL_MODS_HERE" and build a patch like you usually do.

Edit: My bad, I didn't realize it doesn't contain audio files from what I can tell. Does anybody know where they are stored?

I don't know if this is a problem for everybody, but in numerous cutscenes I find some sound effects are way too loud, they drown out the dialogue. Examples of this are;
The boat pulling into the docks at the end of "Catching Up"
The revving of cars in "Honour Among Thieves"

This mod aims to improve the sound FX of vehicles and tire sounds in general. Mostly will be siren mods for now since they sound like they were taken from a sound effects website made in the 90's with terrible quality, I'll be replacing those as well with higher quality ones :)

Most of the score for Saints Row IV (not a licensed song/radio) plays too loudly, even with music set low (like 40). Most of the scenes outside of the simulation have this issue (the worst is the scene during Matt-Space). (The score is occasionally so loud it even clips.)
