    Homies & NPCs Decker Specialist Gang Member

    Any ideas how to make a mod for the remastered version to have the decker specialist as a gang member? No animations just need the aesthetic. Thanks for any help.

    I'm aiming for 100% completion of the game, however, to do so I will have to complete some assassinations however I have claimed all the districts and some assassinations require me to kill gang members to bring out the targets however there are no wandering gang members for me to mercilessly...
