    Better Muscle Definition

    So if you're like me, you want your (male) character to have a slim figure with very defined muscles giving him a mean look without making him look ridiculous in normal clothes, but this isn't really possible in SR4 so I was wondering if anyone could do it (Because I can't mod AT ALL)
