Homies & NPCs ¿is it possible to change the color of the npc?

I managed to import the skins of the steelport police officers from saints row 4 to saints row the third, but there is a problem, well 2, the faces are a little bugged but I don't see it as bad, the second is the color of the skins.

I want make them completely blue but I don't know how to change the color if it is possible.

Have you tried opening up the NPC file and looking for color information? I can't speak for SR3 but I know that's how I did it for the Genki NPC in the Pleasantville My Way mod for SRIV
