100% complete save game for the PC (not the xbox)

Everywhere I've looked all I can find is xbox saves. Does anyone have one for the PC. The saves are located in C:\ProgramData\Steam\RLD! . ProgramData is a hidden file so you'll have to enable hidden files in the control panel.
