100x and 200x genki spawn

Dude. Warning. You will inflame the grue for bumping like that . You dont want to mess with the grue here on these boards.
Just so ya know though, there is already a mod that increased the genki spawn in the mods section for SR4. He even explains where in the file one could tweak the values he tweaked.
No where near the levels you want but it would be easy enough to do using his as an example! Just load up in notepad or similar ascii editor.
I ran into a genki just a bit ago. That guy was freaking insane. I had to run away! Course my character is only like level 4.
Using his mod to increase the population but that is enough for me, just a few extra percent. haha. Im' scared now.
