1950's Free-roam

It'd be cool to go back to the 1950's simulation, with all the weapons and powers and just run around wrecking shit

The only problem with this is that the 1950s area is actually quite small. Going back wouldn't really work because once you get to the boundaries it would just be empty space. Because it was only meant for the intro missions so it's not a fully developed city like steelport.
Cool idea though. Going back in time would be neat. Just don't think it would work.

One of the sim overrides when you beat the game is "vintage". That coupled with a possible npc swap could get a 1950s-esque setting.

In Idolninja's Sandbox+ you can teleport to Pleasant Ville.

Using Sadbox+ you can enable Pleasant Ville traffic and peds. You can also change sim override to black and white and disable superpowers.
