A few simple questions :)

Hi, I like making silly videos of saints row gameplay for myself and my nerdier acquaintances to enjoy.
To improve my ability to do this I was wondering if these things were possible to mod and if so how would I go about it. I have only really modded with text variables before now so forgive my ignorance if something is impossible or stupidly hard and I'm not giving it credit for that.

• Remove the speech of the main character. So I can press compliment and see the action, but hear nothing, and also the character won't just speak at random times.
• Stop STAG appearing and keep it to wave after wave of police
• Have police follow me into safehouses
• This one I doubt is possible but I will ask anyway just in case. If I have a bunch of characters I've made as my "boss" would it be possible to take that boss and use the model as a homies model, if that makes sense?

For the STAG not appearing I do believe you will get the result you want if you install Sandbox ++ for SR3 found in the mods section.
There is a toggle to turn them on and off.

Item 4 on your list. Nope,
Item 3. Highly unlikely with xtbl edits.
Item 1 . Unknown, probably unlikely with current tools.

Those 3 would most likely have to wait for the SDK for SR3 and then some of that may be possible to one degree or another.
