A gun holster mod for sr3

Would it be possible for anyone to make a mod for saints row the third where you can keep your equipped shotgun/smg/assault rifle on your back as if you were sprinting but have it like that until you aim/shoot? So you can just walk around with your equipped weapon on your back? i think this'd make a cool mod, im surprised noone's done it yet
