A mod that allows you to wear glasses and a helmet?

My character in SR:TT which had the Future Soldier helmet and Morningstar Glasses, when ported to SRIV doesn't have the glasses on with the helmet, when I could do that in SR:TT.

Confuses me why exactly I can't do that in this game.
