A really annoying bug

So when i try to use functions in the gateway it doesnt load same thing when i enter a cothing shop is there anyway to fix this bug and examples below. Please tell me there is a way to fix this and if you do find a solution thank you so much

Graphics card: Nvidia geoforce GTX 660M 2GB
OS: Windows 7 home premium x64
Processor: Intel core i7-3610QM
DirectX: version 11
Hard Drive: 286GB free
Memory: 8192MG RAM

Are you sure you don't have any mods installed? Try deleting all files in your sr4 root including the game exe, and then verify integrity. It should only need to redownload about 20Mb of data, and is a sure fire way to make sure everything is cleaned out and back to vanilla.

DON'T DELETE THE FOLDER(S) UNLESS YOU WANT TO RE-DOWNLOAD 8.**GB!
Whoa, Caps lock rush. You said "files", but some people interpret that as "delete everything"
