Add The Safety Dance to The Mix 107.77

According to the wiki, The Mix was originally to have also included The Safety Dance by Men Without Hats, but although the announcement can be found in the game data files, the track itself is absent. It is likely that Volition were unable to secure the rights to include the song in the game.
