I have noticed that in game is a literally one shirt that is nice and its not unlocked by adiitional clothes mods. Its on punk- like girl deafault character.
Is there any chance to unlock it?

NPC clothing are not separate items that can be worn. Rather, it's a part of the NPC body mesh. There were some mods that you equip the entire npc body for some NPCs, but it was pretty buggy.
