I really didn't know how to call it. It's a simple "mod" for FBX Converter that changes converter theme, adds more material slots and changes/adds links in Help tab.
Known issue: the converter may not display properly on screens with resolution lower than 1920x1080.

Installation guide
1. You need to download FBX converter from SDK A or B first
2. Download converter.rar and open it with WinRar
3. Extract all files to your FBX converter folder and replace
