ALERT!!! New Pedestrian in Saints Row 3 ??!!??

okay i was playing saints row the third today (06/26/2013) then i notice a new pedestrian that i never saw before and i know its new because her face is completely different from the other pedestrian and shes dressed as a 40´s or 50´s Male, that really left a Mystery fell in the Air here in my house, i just wanna know if somebody saw her! thanks heres the Photo Bro´s...

Are you using NPC Behaviour? It's adding some unused pedestrians to the game.

Hm... alright, I don't really remember if that pedestrian is original or NPC Behaviour adds it to spawning. I'm using NPC Behaviour from really long time, so I'm forgetting which pedestrians was in original game. But one thing is sure: that ped certainly was in game files before patches.

OT: Yeah, that ped spawns sometimes in vanilla.
