Everything from Foot-steps to explosions, I do not hear a single thing throughout the ENTIRE mission. It has happend to me three times now, I've restarted the game before, but it still won't work. It only seems to happen on this mission and if I quit the mission everything returns to working state. Dunno what could cause it.

It's because of the audio_banks.xtbl from Sandbox+, as noted in the known issues file that comes with it. Removing it will disable your on-foot radio and drunk/drugged sound effects, but allow you to play TwC correctly.
