You can't. There are no tools to do anything with Saints Row 2 animations.

if you dopwnload sandbox+ to get access to all ingame animations by typing in some buttons
ex: 888476= dance(put on your red shoes!{david bowie tribute})
888526= play guitar(illegal when in public areas)
