Another fix for Menthe SR Tools

Since our only tool to extract vpp files is broken i decided to fix it.
Original tool : https://www.saintsrowmods.com/forum/threads/wip-menthe-sr-tools.18277/

Currently fixed :

- Folder selection
- Folder navigation
- File extraction


How to use : YOU NEED CHROME v86+ TO USE THIS TOOL

- Go to https://limeshark.dev/sr (the tool is hosted on my server)
- Click on the top left icon, open a SRTTR folder (i. e the cache folder)
- Click on the compass icon to navigate into files
- Select a file by clicking on it
- Click extract, choose folder destination
- Wait until the 'Finished extracting" prompt shows (you can see the progress in the console : CTRL + SHIFT + I -> console tab)
- Now look for the "extract-fileName" folder

has anyone tried poking at the source code to see what may be the issue? with cyberpunk out and me feeling disappointed, ive want to mess with this game but this tool is not working.
