I don't think any have been made so far, but if you manage to get your hands on a character.xtbl file (either by using the gibbed tools (if I am correct) or simply downloading a mod which has the file with it) then you can replace certain npcs.
Example: In character.xtbl you could check row 103, which has a Morningstar male as the character for it and search for "<Character>morningstar_male_pete</Character>" which is the model choice for that list. In row 100 there is a female Morningstar model under the name of "<Character>morningstar_female_clara</Character>" you take that section that is on row 100, then go back to 396 and replace "<Character>morningstar_male_pete</Character>" with the female line above and you should have the another female Morningstar soldier that replaces the male soldier, but carrying the same appearance as the copied line. To be a little specific if you want to make sure it is a female, there is a gender part of each character that'll say: <Gender>Male</Gender> or <Gender>Female</Gender> Its changeable, but I don't see the added difference.
So basically making changes around the lines to your liking with other characters is baby steps. Hope this might help you a bit.
