So I used a bunch of Erza's cheats to give me all the powers but at the time I wasn't aware that this meant I would permanently gain those powers. I thought that the cheats' effects would be reverted whenever I reboot the game but sadly I was wrong and now I have about 200 or so clusters with nothing to spend them on and no way to gain the achievement for buying all the powers. Is there anyway I can alter my save file to remove those powers so I can rebuy them, or perhaps to give myself more clusters on a different save file so I can get the achievement there?
Any way to remove powers?

There is one option. When you enter a cheat on any Saints Row, it disables autosave so that it doesn't save your cheats, your problem is a perfect example of why. Go back to your latest autosave, and find your game cheat (and cluster) free.
