In the GTA series of games, wet roads from rain affect tire traction and vehicle handling. I would like to know if SR3 and IV have a similar game mechanic. Also, what if I have the Revamped Car Physics SR3 mod installed?
Are roads more slippery when wet? [in SR3 and SR4]
