Asha loyalty mission lockup

Hey any advice on this?

Game has been very solid, but Asha loyalty mission locks up during the point where she calls in a backup car. When I run to the vehicle, camera/cutscene goes high and pans to the vehicle, then never exits the above car camera mode. All the enemies and even Asha still run around and fight but it won't give me back control. Tried 4 times with variations on how soon I run to car, but can't make it work. Waited about 5 minutes to see what happens, but still no go.
 
I got this sorted. I deleted all mods and saw it was a helo supposed to show up and it wasn't. I didn't copy all the files from SR4_Customize any vehicles, just the clothing coloring part, so that prolly screwed it up. Finished the mission with no mods, then re-copied all the files this time for future issues.
