I'd like the time before the mouse camera snaps back to centre position to delay a bit more. In my opinion it snaps back way to soon. This is for both driving and walking but especially driving. I like to position the camera a little above the car so I can see better where I'm heading but the cam snaps back too soon. It needs to be more like GTA IV.
Either that or free up the camera entirely like the Gentleman of the Row mod for SR2. The downside to a free cam is that you constantly have to keep the mouse moving to stay centred. So if the camera is made free then allow a key binding to centre the camera.
