Big Crashing Problem :(

Well I have a bit of a problem..... Every time i start SR 4 it will either silent crash or when it starts and I click continue it will crash.


NOTE: this started happening ever since i started game and managed to get character creation and i cant go any further

FYI: i just remembered sometimes steam will kill the process of SR 4 and steam will say "app already running"

Verify the game cache files in Steam (search Google if you don't know how)
Ensure you don't have a HsMgr.exe process running
Remove any mods that you have installed
Update your video drivers

only thing kickstarter i updated drivers and the HsMgr.exe doesn't exist on my cpu when ever i start any game for that matter dont have mods installed veryfied files and still wont work and the app already running thing still wont stop. P.S. my computer is a toshiba with a Intel(R) Pentium (R) CPU [email protected] GHz with 4 gigs of ram and im not sure about soundcard or videocard (cant find out what they are)
