Borderless Fullscreen?

I personally have been using TeHypno's Borderless Windowed tool with most games I play, SR2 included. The biggest advantage I've found for it is that it doesn't have to grab/modify the program directly (which can freak out some games) and it can be set to trigger ONLY when you hit a specific hotkey combination. Those two combined make it very compatible, both for games that are really picky about runtime modification, and for games that like to ignore or screw up forced borderless windowed mode the first time or two you try to apply it (good example being games which switch display modes several times on startup, which can undo the change).

I'm not saying it's 100% compatible with everything (Borderlands for example), but it's my go-to for 90% of the games that need forced BW. It also seems to use the least amount of resources compared to other tools. You might give it a shot.
